Key Responsibilities:

  • Classroom Delivery: Conduct engaging and effective Spoken English and IELTS classes (Offline) for various batches, ensuring high engagement levels.
  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the academic authority to prepare, update, and refine high-quality teaching materials and resources.
  • Strategic Planning: Strategize and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance students' fluency and maximize their IELTS band scores.
  • Mentorship: Provide personalized guidance and one-on-one counseling to help candidates identify weak areas and achieve their target scores.
  • Assessment & Feedback: Monitor student progress through regular mock tests and assessments, providing constructive and actionable feedback.
  • Institutional Growth: Take proactive initiatives to improve academic quality and contribute to the overall development of the institution.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputed university (English background preferred).

Professional Certification:

  • Valid IELTS Academic Score (Overall 7.5+ preferred).
  • TESOL / CELTA / TEFL certification will add value.

Training/Trade Course:

  • Training on Public Speaking or Creative Presentation.
  • Workshop or Course on English Language Teaching (ELT).
  • Skills / Others:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint & Word) for creating lecture sheets/slides.
  • Ability to manage large classrooms effectively.
  • Skills Required: Teaching/ Training, IELTS, Good behaviour, MS word English and Bangla (Bijoy)

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Coaching Center,Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup

Additional Requirements

  • Must have an
    overall IELTS Band Score of 7.5
    or higher.
  • Minimum Band 7 in each module (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking)
    is mandatory.
  • Minimum
    1 year of teaching experience
    in Spoken English and/or IELTS preparation.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be polite, sincere, student-friendly, and professional in behavior.
  • Strong classroom management skills and a positive teaching attitude.
  • Willing to work full-time (on-site) in a structured academic environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching IELTS/Spoken English.
  • A solid IELTS Band Score (Overall 7.5+ preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
