Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:

  • Senior Assistant Teacher (Math, English, Bengali, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Accounting, Business Studies).
  • Park International School & College (English Medium, Cambridge Curriculum) is inviting applications from qualified candidates for teaching positions in above mentioned subjects for Khilgaon & Green Model Town Campus.

Employment Status

  • Full-time / Part time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help to implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of the school.
  • Work with teachers to create and implement effective teaching and learning strategies.
  • Support teachers in creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work with the administrative team to manage budgets, resources, and facilities.
  • Assist in maintaining effective communication between the school and parents, community members, and other stakeholders.
  • Help to promote the vision and mission of the institution.
  • Prepare lesson plan, lecture materials in developing Curriculum.
  • Evaluate student`s assignments and written works.
  • All academic responsibilities related to students exams, parents dealing and other duties as the position requires.
  • Active participation in school events and co-curricular activities.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
  • Masters with Honors in Relevant Subject.
  • Those Who are capable to teach O' level and above students .
  • Persons having 3rd division/class or below GPA 2.00 in educational career need not to apply.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School

Additional Requirements

  • Skills Required: Both teaching and administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching / educational leadership, preferably in an English Medium School.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali.
  • A thorough understanding of the curriculum and pedagogy.
  • A commitment to the religious and moral values and ideology.
  • High level of proficiency in English both verbal & written is essential.(IELTS will be preferred)
  • Trained in Cambridge International examinations curriculum will get preference.
  • Good knowledge of class controlling and students dealing is essentially required.
  • Training on teaching methodology will add advantage.
