We are looking for a talented and versatile 'Executive Graphic Designer' to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who can think conceptually, execute with precision, and create compelling designs across digital and print platforms. You'll be responsible for developing visual content that aligns with brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement goals.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

● Conceptualize and design a wide range of visual content for both online and offline channels

● Create engaging digital assets for social media, websites, emailers, advertisements, and promotional campaigns

● Design high-quality print materials, including brochures, product packaging, standees, posters, signage, labels, and other branded collateral

● Support campaign development with creative input and execution of visuals aligned with brand guidelines

● Retouch, resize, and optimize images for various platforms and formats

● Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to bring ideas to life

● Work with external vendors, printers, and production teams to ensure accurate execution of printed materials

● Maintain consistency in branding, typography, and design aesthetics across all materials

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

● Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and techniques

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

● Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

● 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar design role

● Work experience with any fashion brand

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus

● Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work

● Excellent understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding

● Ability to translate concepts into visually impactful designs

● Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

● Ability to take ownership of projects from concept to delivery

𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 (𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱)

● Video editing or basic motion design skills

● Familiarity with print production processes and vendor coordination

● Photography, illustration, or creative direction experience
