STEP Footwear is looking for a talented and innovative Creative Graphic Designer
to lead our branding, content, and promotional initiatives across digital and offline channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Enhance communication skills to improve team coordination and external stakeholder interactions.
  2. Drive brand storytelling and creative ideation to strengthen STEP Footwear's brand identity.
  3. Lead project development and promotional activities, focusing on impactful brand visibility.
  4. Manage brand and visual identity across print and digital platforms to ensure consistency and quality.
  5. Execute branding and print production work for STEP Footwear campaigns and outlets.
  6. Produce motion graphics, animations, and video content, including reels with music integration and sound editing.
  7. Develop and implement advertising and event marketing strategies for brand promotion (online and offline).
  8. Create high-engagement creative posts to drive customer interaction and brand loyalty.
  9. Demonstrate strong creativity and design innovation in branding and promotional projects.
  10. Organize and manage creative assets for streamlined project execution and consistent brand representation.


Requirements:


• Proven experience in digital marketing, creative design, or brand management.


• Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics tools.


• Strong creativity, innovation, and storytelling skills.


• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
