Assistant Manager – International Business

This role offers a strategic platform to contribute to global trade operations by managing export activities, strengthening international client relationships, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations, and driving data-driven business decisions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end export operations, ensuring timely shipment execution.
  • Coordinate with Production, SCM/Logistics, Commercial, QA, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Monitor shipment schedules, delivery timelines, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and export policies.
  • Maintain professional communication with existing international buyers, agents, and distributors.
  • Manage client queries, complaints, and requirements efficiently.
  • Support international business expansion initiatives by identifying potential buyers and markets.
  • Analyze export data, sales performance, shipment trends, and business growth indicators.
  • Conduct market trend analysis, pricing comparison, and country-wise performance reports.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Statistics
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
  • MBA or BBA in Marketing, International Business, Finance & Banking, Management, Organizational Strategy & Leadership, Tourism & Hospitality Management, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Management Information Systems (MIS), Accounting & Information Systems (AIS) or any other relevant discipline from any reputed university.
  • B.Sc. in Statistics, Mathematics & CSE graduates with strong communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Skills Required: Data analysis and presentation, Good English communication skills (verbal and Written), Easy to adapt to challenging situation, Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • 2 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Manufacturing (FMCG),Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry),Garments, Tannery/Footwear,Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances,Garments Accessories,Paint,Steel,Electric Wire/Cable

Additional Requirements

  • Experience in International Business, Export Sales, Trade Operations, or Supply Chain, preferably within Manufacturing, FMCG, or Trading industries, will be considered as an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel is mandatory.
