Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager-Lab located in Gazipur. The Assistant Manager-Lab will be responsible for managing daily laboratory operations, ensuring the quality and accuracy of tests, supervising lab personnel, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role also involves the preparation of reports, collaboration with other departments, overseeing inventory and procurement of lab supplies, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, testing methodologies, and quality control practices
  • Leadership and team management skills to supervise and mentor lab personnel
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software tools relevant to the role
  • Understanding of regulatory standards, safety protocols, and compliance requirements
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to manage reports and collaborate with internal teams
  • Relevant academic background, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field
  • Previous experience in a laboratory environment, preferably in the feed industry or a related field
