Assistant Manager - HR & Admin

Job Description / Responsibility

Visa & Immigration

  • Handle end-to-end visa processing for employees (new, renewal, cancellation, transfer).
  • Coordinate with government authorities, embassies, and external PRO/agents.
  • Maintain accurate visa and immigration records.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor and immigration laws.
  • Track visa expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.

HR Operations

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain employee files and HR records.
  • Assist in performance management and HR reporting.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.

Administration

  • Oversee office administration and facilities management.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Ensure proper documentation, contracts, and approvals.
  • Support management with administrative and compliance-related tasks.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Post Graduate Diploma (PGD)Good score in IELTS/ PTE will add extra value / must needed.

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 6 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Immigration/Visa Processing

Additional Requirements

  • Strong exposure to visa processing.
  • Good score in IELTS/ PTE will add extra value / must needed.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and immigration procedures.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
