Job location will be
Gacha, Chayadana, Gazipur.

  • To meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing & Merchandising department.
  • To search and develop business with new buyers.
  • Team Player and Leader of a Marketing & Merchandising Team.
  • Supervise the costing and pricing of the products and negotiate with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
  • Overseeing the update on production status, sampling, and lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.
  • Monitoring the status of approval/per-production/delivery/shipment.
  • Proper execution of orders according to the planned Time and Action Plan on a regular basis to ensure on-time shipment with the right quality and quantity.
  • Performing any other assignment as assigned by the top management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Skills Required: Merchandising and Marketing

Experience Requirements

  • At least 7 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Group of Companies,Sweater Industry

Additional Requirements

  • Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Be able to cope with pressure, flexible, and adaptable.
  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and proactive.
  • Well conversant with IT equipment.
