Job Description

  • Design and execute segmented BTL campaigns to grow and retain the Voice customer base, ensuring ARPU upgradation and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs, analyze customer behavior and lifecycle insights, and turn findings into innovative product and campaign ideas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize CVM strategies across inbound and outbound channels for better customer engagement.
  • Drive predictive models, real-time triggers, and downgrade/churn prevention actions to ensure timely retention measures.
  • Analyze local and international markets to identify trends, innovative products, and effective pricing strategies.
  • Introduce contextual marketing initiatives and leverage CMS platform capabilities to deliver personalized and innovative customer journeys.
  • Continuously monitor ARPU movement, base trends, and campaign effectiveness to avoid dilution and ensure profitable growth.
  • Enhance CVM capabilities through innovation, data-driven decision-making, and digital-first engagement to strengthen Banglalink's position as a customer champion brand.

Academic Qualification

  • CSE/Business/EEE graduate.

Job Experience Required

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience

  • Intermediate Knowledge on CVM methodology, principles, capabilities, and techniques
  • Strong analytical, planning and coordination skills
  • Experience in managing customer analytics
  • Basic Knowledge on campaign management platforms
  • Understanding on global digital landscape
  • Disciplined detail-oriented style, combined with ability to simultaneously work at a strategic level.
  • Good knowledge in project management
  • Good resource & people management skills
  • Good knowledge in Telecom charging, GSM, GGSN & global trends
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
