Eligibility Criteria:

To apply for this internship, you must: (Prior experience is NOT required, just motivation and commitment)

Be a college/university student or a recent graduate (any discipline)

Have a strong interest in youth development, social impact, leadership, or professional skill-building

Be able to commit 25 hours to 30 hours per week consistently throughout the full internship duration

Have access to a stable internet connection and a device for virtual work

Be proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn

Have the ability to work with teams in a remote environment

Possess basic knowledge or interest aligned with your chosen department

Our Departments:

Administration and HR Department

Business Intelligence & Development Department

Communication Department

Creative Department (Content Writing, Graphic Design, Video Editing)

Information Technology & Innovation Department

Marketing and PR Department

Operations & Program Management Department

Your Responsibilities:

Actively attend all meetings, learning sessions, events, and initiatives

Work collaboratively with your assigned department team

Complete tasks within deadlines with professionalism and accountability

Promote WANT Next-Gen's programs and initiatives on social media and other platforms

Join weekly departmental meetings, bi-weekly general meetings, and monthly evaluation sessions

Internship Details:

Working Hours: 25 hours to 30 hours per week (Remote/Work-from-home)

Working Type: Certificate opportunity and event-based allowance

Tenure: 4 Months to 6 Months
