Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell our products/services to potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Meet sales targets and report on performance
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and meetings.

Qualifications

  • At least 0 -2 years' of relevant work experience in Sales & Marketing
  • Freshers are encourage to apply
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, providing accurate information on custom requirements, transit times, and pricing.
  • Offer alternative solutions and identify additional value-added services to customers.
  • Enhance the customer experience by demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
  • Contribute to the organization's mission by completing related tasks as needed.
