Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead and deliver multiple concurrent software projects across Python-based systems, Generative AI solutions, and telecom products. This role requires strong technical leadership, project oversight, and people management skills, along with fluency in English and formal Agile/Scrum certification. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and timely delivery of complex technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical & Delivery Leadership

  1. Oversee multiple software engineering projects spanning Python applications, Generative AI solutions, and telecom platforms.

  2. Provide technical guidance and architectural oversight across diverse technology stacks.

  3. Ensure delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable software products.

  4. Balance hands-on technical understanding with strategic planning and execution.

People & Team Management:

  1. Lead, mentor, and develop software engineers and technical leads across multiple teams.

  2. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  3. Conduct performance reviews, goal setting, and career development planning.

  4. Support hiring and onboarding of engineering talent.

Agile & Project Management:
1. Apply Agile/Scrum principles to manage planning, execution, and delivery across projects.

  1. Facilitate or oversee sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

  2. Remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams.

  3. Ensure accurate estimation, prioritization, and delivery tracking.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  1. Partner with product managers, architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

  2. Translate business objectives into actionable technical plans.

  3. Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

  4. Coordinate delivery across internal teams and external partners.

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  2. 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in an engineering management role

  3. Strong background in Python-based software development.

  4. Fluency in English (spoken and written).

  5. Certified in Agile/Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience managing multiple teams or parallel projects.

  2. Familiarity with Gen-AI technologies (LLMs, prompt engineering, model integration, MLOps).

  3. Understanding of telecom systems, protocols, or large-scale distributed systems.

  4. Experience delivering products in one or more of the following areas:

a) Generative AI / Machine Learning solutions

b) Telecom or network-related products

  1. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

  2. Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and modern software delivery practices.

  3. Prior experience working with foreign companies.
