Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Telesales Agent. The Telesales Agent will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, lead generation, market research, appointment setting, and telemarketing. In addition, the Telesales Agent will handle inbound calls for sales, customer service, help desk, order taking, and technical support.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in telemarketing, sales, and lead generation techniques
  • Experience in market research and appointment setting
  • Customer service and technical support skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software
  • Prior experience in the telesales or call center industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
