Mentors is looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our Telesales Team as Sales Agents at our modern call center. If you're passionate about communication and converting opportunities into success, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound sales calls to potential clients.

2. Promote and sell company products/services.

3. Meet or exceed sales targets.

4. Deliver excellent customer service to build strong client relationships.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum HSC (Bachelor's preferred)

2. Computer Skills: Basic knowledge required; CRM familiarity is a plus

3. Experience: 1–2 years in sales/call center preferred

4. Language: Excellent communication in Bengali; English is a plus

Preferred Qualities:

1. Energetic, self-driven & target-oriented

2. Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection gracefully

3. Reside in or be willing to commute to Kalabagan
