Heritage School, established by experienced educators in Narayanganj, Bangladesh, aims to serve the country and foster global citizens. Founded in 2006, it began with just four classrooms and has grown to an 11-storied building with extensive facilities, including a playground, science and computer labs, and a library. Heritage School is recognized by Edexcel UK and is the only ISO-certified school in the city, with a diverse student body from various countries.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Academy at Heritage School located in Narayanganj Sadar Upazila. The Head of Academy will oversee academic programs, manage administrative tasks, lead teachers and staff, ensure curriculum standards are met, and implement educational policies. The role also includes engaging with students, parents, and the community to foster a positive learning environment and drive the school's mission forward.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate staff
  • Experience with modern educational technology and practices
