We're Hiring: Video Sales Executive (Intern)

Position: Video Sales Executive (Intern)

Company: IMBD Agency Ltd.

Location: On-site (Banani DOHS, Dhaka)

Employment Type: Internship (Full-Time)

Duration: 3–6 Months (with the possibility of extension based on performance)

Compensation:

Basic Salary: BDT 8,000 per month

Unlimited Sales Commission (based on achieved sales)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage leads through cold calling, databases, and referrals.

  • Engage with potential customers, build rapport, and identify their needs.

  • Follow up on leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.

  • Convert prospects into qualified leads or sales to achieve monthly targets.

  • Prepare proposals tailored to client requirements and maintain regular client communication.

  • Update and manage customer databases, ensuring proper tracking of conversations and follow-ups.

  • Share market and customer feedback with the marketing team for improvement.

  • Stay updated with digital marketing strategies and tools relevant to sales.

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on activities, conversions, and overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.

  • Freshers and students are encouraged to apply.

  • Previous sales/lead generation experience will be a plus.
