Your Role in Our Mission
As an Executive / Senior Executive – Video Editor, you will bring stories to life that inspire, educate, and engage global audiences across our ventures. From creating powerful brand films and trader interviews to producing short-form reels and advertising content, you will drive the visual identity of NEXT, FundedNext, FNMarkets, and FNFutures. Your work will directly shape how our audiences perceive us—turning ideas into compelling visuals that spark connection, build trust, and accelerate growth.

How You'll Make An Impact
Creative Video Production

• Produce high-quality video content for multiple platforms including YouTube, Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
• Lead the editing of educational videos, trader interviews, forex tutorials, and employer branding features.
• Design and deliver both long-form (documentaries, branding films) and short-form (reels, ads, UGC) content.
• Apply advanced editing techniques, including motion graphics, logo animations, 3D effects, and sound design.

Brand & Campaign Content

• Create engaging video content for FundedNext, FNMarkets, and FNFutures that drives awareness, retention, and conversions.
• Develop branding and rebranding videos, logo reveal/outro animations, and campaign launch creatives.
• Support employer branding and personal branding initiatives through reels, highlight videos, and event coverage.
• Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with NEXT's brand identity while exploring innovative storytelling methods.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing, Creative, and Campaign teams to meet business objectives through visual content.
• Translate complex ideas and campaign briefs into impactful video narratives.
• Collaborate with external talents, vendors, and agencies for special projects or large-scale productions.

Workflow & Process Management

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of 30+ monthly outputs without compromising quality.
• Maintain and optimize personal and team tracking sheets, attendance sheets, and evaluation forms to streamline workflows.
• Use tools such as ClickUp and Google Suite to ensure transparency and alignment across projects.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks in production schedules and offer solutions to maintain content pipeline efficiency.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Film Studies, Communication, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory for exceptional talent).
• 2–5 years of proven experience as a video editor in a fast-paced environment, preferably across branding, advertising, or fintech sectors.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition) and related tools.
• Strong skills in motion graphics, 3D animation, sound design, and multi-platform video formatting.
• Hands-on experience producing video ads, YouTube series, reels, and branding videos.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and balance multiple projects with consistent output.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and external partners.
• A creative eye with the discipline to ensure alignment with brand identity and campaign objectives.
