The Opportunity

We are seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic team in Dhaka. This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for leveraging data to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution:
    Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, social media management (SMM), and content marketing.
  • Performance Analysis:
    Utilize Google Analytics and other reporting tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (ROI, CPA, CTR), and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
  • Client Management:
    Serve as a key point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring strategic alignment with their business objectives.
  • Content & SEO:
    Collaborate on content strategy and apply SEO best practices to enhance organic reach and online visibility.
  • Innovation:
    Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends and integrate emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a strong preference for candidates from an agency background.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing paid social campaigns, particularly Meta Ads.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and SEO fundamentals.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English and Bengali (both written and verbal).
