Position Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Quality Control Officer (Consultant) to oversee and strengthen our quality assurance framework. The successful candidate will ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and quality management systems, thereby safeguarding the integrity of our products and reinforcing consumer trust in the brand.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop, implement, and enforce quality control policies and procedures across all stages of production.


• Monitor and evaluate raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with BSTI, BFSA, ISO, HACCP, and GMP standards.


• Conduct routine audits, inspections, and laboratory testing to verify adherence to established specifications.


• Document and maintain comprehensive quality assurance records and provide management with regular reports and recommendations.


• Advise senior management on risk management, process improvement, and regulatory updates.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) where required.

Qualifications & Experience


• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Nutrition, or a related discipline.


• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in quality control/quality assurance within the food and beverage manufacturing sector.


• In-depth knowledge of local and international food safety regulations and certification processes.


• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.


• Previous exposure to organic or health-focused food brands will be considered an asset.
