Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for the position of Vice President at Army IBA POC. The Vice President will oversee daily operations, provide strategic direction, and ensure the implementation of high standards in production and operations management. Key responsibilities include managing teams, developing and executing plans, and maintaining stakeholder relationships. This role is based in Savar, with some flexibility for remote work.

  • Experience in Production and Operations Management
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Project Management tools and techniques
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field; higher qualifications are a plus
