Talent Centric Ltd. is hiring an Authorized Representative for a multinational investment banking space which offers expertise in stock brokering, investment banking, foreign financing, M&A, securitization, IPOs, Portfolio Management, Margin Lending & Wealth Management for Corporates & HNIs.

Position:
Authorized Representative (Vice President)

Job Role:

  • Will mainly assist & work closely with the sales team to execute trades on behalf of clients while ensuring compliance & regulatory standards are met.
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with clients & provide exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct post-trade analysis to evaluate trading performance & identify areas for improvement. Identify potential opportunities for new client acquisition.
  • Collaborate with research analysts, portfolio managers, and other stakeholders to develop investment strategies & implement trades accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Should be an Authorized Representative (AR) of Dhaka Stock Exchange.
  • Proven experience in stock brokering.
  • Bachelor's / master's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Established client base with active portfolios is highly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets, securities products, trading strategies, & order execution protocols.
