Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, for the position of Assistant Vice President. The Assistant Vice President will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day banking operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include supervising teams, strategizing and implementing business plans, managing client relationships, and contributing to the bank's growth and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in commercial banking activities, financial intermediary services, and money market operations
  • Experience in merchant banking, investment management, and capital markets
  • Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
  • Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in regulatory compliance and risk management
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Experience in international banking operations is a plus
