We're looking for a Financial Analyst who's passionate about numbers, markets, and modern financial tools. Whether you're a recent graduate or have a few years of experience, this is your opportunity to work in a fast-evolving fintech ecosystem where your insights directly shape investment and product strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation for products and investment projects
  • Build analytical dashboards to track performance, profitability, and growth metrics
  • Perform market and competitor research across fintech and investment sectors
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align financial strategy with innovation goals
  • Support fundraising, budgeting, and capital allocation decisions
  • Analyze transaction and investment data to derive actionable insights

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (BBA/MBA preferred) If other certifications are there, no need for BBA/MBA.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, CMA, or similar are a strong plus (not required)
  • 0–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or investment roles
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills with fluency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling
  • Understanding of financial statements, ratios, and capital markets
  • Strong fluency in English and good communication and negotiation skills

Modern Tools & Technical Skills (Preferred, not required)

  • Data & Analytics: Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Google Data Studio
  • Programming for Finance: Python (pandas, NumPy), R, or SQL
  • Automation: Notion, Airtable, Zapier or Google Apps Script
  • ERP & Accounting: QuickBooks, Zoho Books or Xero
  • Fintech APIs: Stripe, Plaid, Wise, or Open Banking systems
