WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance) to gather requirements, understand key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver relevant analytical solutions
  
• Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources (e.g., SQL databases, Excel, cloud platforms)
  
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
  
• Automate recurring reports and streamline data processes to improve efficiency
  
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and support business units with data-driven recommendations
  
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reports and dashboards
  
• Manage and maintain Power BI workspaces, datasets, and dataflows within the Power BI Service
  
• Provide training and support to end-users to promote data literacy and self-service analytics
  
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data analytics infrastructure and best practices

WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT

• 4–6 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query (M), and data modelling.
• Proficient inSQL and experience working with relational databases
• Solid understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to present complex data in a clear, concise, and actionable manner
• Experience in working with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data stories to both technical and non-technical audience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, including an understanding of its capabilities in data integration, management, and analytics
