Manager/Senior Manager- Finance & Banking

Job Description / Responsibility

  • To develop and implement financial strategies aligned with manufacturing and business goals.
  • To prepare long-term financial plans, budgets and forecasts.
  • To advise management on financial performance and investment decisions.
  • To oversee product costing, standard costing and variance analysis.
  • To Improve cost efficiency, margins and operational profitability
  • To support pricing decisions based on cost structures and market dynamics.
  • To oversee cash flow, fund utilization and working capital cycles.
  • To arrange project financing, LC, BG and trade finance facilities.
  • To manage foreign currency exposure and hedging (import/export).
  • To lead and oversee financial and banking operations.
  • To analyze financial performance and present insights to management.
  • To manage credit risk, large loan portfolios and investment decisions.
  • To build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, regulators and partners
  • To support capital expenditure (CAPEX) evaluation and ROI analysis.
  • To identify opportunities for business growth and profitability improvement.
  • To support mergers, acquisitions, and major financial projects.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System
  • Professional certifications (Partly Completed) such as CA, ACCA, CFA,CIMA are highly desirable.
  • Skills Required: Leadership and teamwork, communication and interpersonal skill., Time Management and Prioritization

Experience Requirements

  • 7 to 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Chemical Industries,Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Additional Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of manufacturing finance, banking operations, and risk management.
  • Experience with working capital, LC, import/export, and project finance.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities in financial analysis, forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo/Oracle/Tally or similar) and MS Excel
