Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Officer in the accounts department, based in Dhaka. The Senior Officer will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Other duties include analyzing financial data, generating reports, and supporting the finance team in budgeting and auditing processes.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
  • Experience in preparing financial statements and account reconciliation
  • Proficiency in financial data analysis and report generation
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
