At WeGro Technologies Limited, we are on a mission to transform agriculture by bridging the gap between farmers and investors. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Investor Relations team.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Handle and respond to investor queries across Omni-channel CRM, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn in a timely and efficient manner.

·      Assist the Relationship Manager in investor calls (inbound & outbound), reports, tracking interactions, and professional follow-ups.

·      Run manual campaigns via WhatsApp, SMS, and in-app notifications.

·      Contribute to engaging activities in WeGro's communities, WhatsApp channels, and seed relevant groups to drive investor acquisition and brand visibility.

·      Support the Relationship Manager with ad hoc operational and strategic tasks.

What We're Looking For:

·      Current undergraduate/graduate student (Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred).

·      Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.

·      Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

·      Comfortable with digital tools and social media platforms.

·      Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
