We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Corporate Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team and drive growth through strategic partnerships and corporate sales initiatives.
Job Summary:
As a Corporate Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and revenue. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong background in corporate sales and a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:
Identify, prospect, and qualify potential corporate clients. Create and execute sales strategies to reach decision-makers in target industries. - Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty. - Collaborate on Marketing Campaigns:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, promotions, and materials to support sales efforts. - Negotiate Contracts:
Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals with corporate clients. - Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients to inform sales and marketing strategies. - Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and forecast revenue projections. - Event Representation:
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients. - Sales Training and Mentorship:
Mentor junior sales team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Corporate Sales and Marketing
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 4 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Proven Track Record in corporate sales or B2B marketing with [2-4] years of experience.
- Strong Communication Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and influence at all levels of the organization. - Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to develop and implement effective sales strategies. - Results-Driven:
Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed targets. - Technical Proficiency:
MS Office, MD Excel, PowerPoint. - Willingness to Travel:
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
