We are looking for a skilled
Social Media Marketing Manager
to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing client accounts, overseeing social media strategies, and ensuring the optimization of social media presence for both our company and our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SEO, be a good communicator with international clients, and possess the ability to lead a team to success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing strategies for clients across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Manage and oversee daily operations of social media pages, including content scheduling, post creation, and engagement.
  • Optimize content for SEO, ensuring that posts rank highly and drive traffic to client websites.
  • Lead and manage a team of social media experts and graphic designers, providing guidance and support to ensure client objectives are met.
  • Communicate regularly with international clients to understand their goals and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular analysis and reporting on social media performance, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media, SEO, and digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices, including SEO techniques.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with client communication, especially international clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
