We are looking for an experienced Woven Merchandiser to join our team in Dhaka.

This is a mid-level position where you'll be responsible for full order follow-up from PO to shipment. You will work closely with the pricing manager, factory merchandising teams, and our colleagues in the Netherlands and China to ensure smooth execution of orders after confirmation with a sharp focus on approvals, timelines, and delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full order follow-up process from order confirmation to final shipment.
  • Keep internal ERP systems (Navision) accurately updated with order status and progress tracking.
  • Set up and actively manage a detailed Time & Action (T&A) per style.
  • Coordinate daily with European merchandise teams and factory partners for approvals such as lab dips, wash legs, strike-offs, fits, and PPS.
  • Coordinate with our China office and factories regarding imported fabrics: ensure correct and timely issuance of fabric POs and LC openings on the factory side, while actively following up with China on lab dips, test certificates, bulk fabric approvals, and ETDs.
  • Follow up on required testing, audits, and CSR documentation in collaboration with our compliance team.
  • Collect supply chain information for transparency reporting and traceability.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in woven apparel merchandising or order management, with a strong understanding of fabrics, fit processes, and woven production flow.
  • Structured, hands-on, and able to prioritize independently in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Solid knowledge of European product safety standards and sustainability certifications (e.g. Oeko-Tex, REACH, GRS).
  • Able to act as a reliable link between factories, our Netherlands HQ, and the China sourcing office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a buying office or woven garment manufacturing unit.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Navision, SAP, or similar)
  • Experience working with large order volumes, tight delivery timelines, and strict quality expectations.
