In 2018 they started to import global products first from CHINA with established their own warehouse in CHINA & at the end of December 2022 they expanded their business operations in 2 more countries by establishing their own warehouse facilities in MALAYSIA & INDIA. In February 2023 they established their 4th & 5th global warehouse in the U.S.A. & UK for providing the best cross-border shipping & shopping facilities for renowned international branded products to their customers.

Role Description

This is a full-time / part time hybrid role for a Social Media Intern located in Dhaka with flexibility for some remote work. The Social Media Intern will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through phone, email, and chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving customer queries and complaints in a timely manner. They will also be responsible for maintaining customer records and assisting with other miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.

• Ability to convert queries into sales through effective conversation is the utmost priority.
• Handle inbound customer calls, if/when necessary.
• Ensure the quality standard of customer support is met effectively on each account.
• Handle customer experience through social media channels.
• Moderate and handle customer grievances through product reviews and social media channels.
• Analyze customer sentiments on social platforms and initiate necessary changes to promote customer experience at transaction levels.
• Need to take a proactive approach when necessary.
• Ensuring the time management is crucial.
• Cooperate with the marketing department to meet the sales target.
• Leverage social media channels to promote various self-help options there by reducing human interaction for customers.
• Improve customer experience index, reduce Contact-to-unit ratio, improve effective utilization of resources, and reduce operating costs.
• Deliver world-class service by ensuring the quickest response time on social media channels and maintaining the lowest Query-to-Resolution time.
• Enhance customer experience by improving and automating the applications and user interface to keep them updated on each of the steps taken to complete their transactions on the app and web.
• Other related job duties.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and creating a positive customer experience
• Manages the company's social media accounts and posts content
• Brainstorm campaign ideas
• Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Professional phone etiquette and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Must be tech-savvy
• Knowledge about recent trending products
• Knowledge about international brands
• High knowledge about Social Media Platforms (Like: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Marketplace, Broadcasting Channel, LinkedIn etc.)
• Shopaholic minded person
• Entrepreneurship mindset people is a plus & preferred

Working Hours

• Weekly
  20 hours / 40 hours (5 days in a week).
• Weekend on any

Remuneration: Negotiable (Excluding KPI Incentives)

Internship Period: 3months to 6months

Location: Mohammadpur, Dhaka
