Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as a Student Sales Executive. The responsibilities include promoting YouthBees' educational programs, liaising with potential students, and growing the organization's membership base. The candidate will actively participate in identifying prospective learners, building strong relationships, executing sales strategies, and achieving enrollment goals to support YouthBees' vision of creating a community of creative minds.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management experience
- Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools to connect with prospects
- Ability to conduct outreach, generate leads, and close sales effectively
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Fluency in English and Bangla
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms or experience in student-focused programs is a plus
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a reputable university
