Sales Associate, Retail Sales (Udoy)
Job Description / Responsibility
The duties and responsibilities of a Sales Associate include establishing close relationships with clients in order to ascertain their requirements, responding to their inquiries about our offerings, and advising them on the most appropriate solutions.
- Team up with co-workers to gather market information and arrange a market survey.
- Identify and develop new business through networking and courtesy & follow-up calls.
- Visit client premises to fill up the signup form and collect necessary documents.
- Follow and achieve the department`s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Generate tickets for new clients and follow up on the status of the tickets.
- Prepare, maintain, and update the client database.
- Build productive and trust relationships with customers.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor/Honors
- Skills Required: Retail Sales, ISP Sales, ISP related work
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- ISP
Additional Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Working knowledge of the customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus.
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
- Availability to work flexible shifts.
