Educational Requirements

  • Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • M.Sc./B.Sc. in CSE or related subject

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Software Company,IT Enabled Service

Experience

  • At least 5 years hands-on experience in software development.
  • Experience requirement can be relaxed for candidates from leading educational institutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in
    PHP
    and the
    Laravel
    framework.
  • In-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript.
  • Experience with relational databases, specifically MySQL, including schema design and query optimization.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and backend architecture.
  • Experience working with authentication, authorization, and data validation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of version control tools (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
  • Server & Deployment: Linux/Cloud/VPS, Git
  • Security & Performance: Secure coding & performance optimization
  • Familiarity on using modern AI enabled tools for rapid development and higher productivity

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points for):

  • A portfolio of past projects or a GitHub profile.
  • Experience with Government enterprise applications or international projects
  • Familiarity with .Net ecosystem
  • An innovative approach is most appreciated.
