About Us: We're building a fast-growing fashion brand creating high-quality, trendy shirts and pants. Our focus is on fresh designs, smart fits, and efficient production. We're looking for someone experienced, resourceful, and passionate about garments to take full ownership of fabric sourcing and production execution.

⸻ Your Responsibilities


• Source and develop fabrics, trims, and accessories for shirts & pants.


• Manage sampling, fitting, and approvals for new styles.


• Coordinate with factories and suppliers to ensure on-time production.


• Monitor cutting, stitching, washing, and finishing quality.


• Maintain production timelines and follow up until delivery.


• Handle costing, fabric booking, and material planning.


• Visit factories and suppliers regularly to track progress.

⸻ What We're Looking For 4–7 years experience in woven garments ()

. Strong knowledge of fabric types, trims, and accessories.

Experience working with local brands or export-oriented factories.

Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Hands-on, proactive, and quality-focused.

⸻ Bonus Points


• Worked previously with brands like Ecstasy, Sailor, Gentle Park, Fabrilife, or blucheez,Aarong or similar brands or export oriented factory.


• Has a solid supplier network in Islampur, Narayanganj, or Tongi.


• Understands tech packs and garment measurements.
