About the Role
As a Client Outreach Associate, you'll support our Business Development team in identifying and reaching out to potential partners, schools, and organizations that could benefit from our products. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn about sales, outreach, and market expansion in a fast-growing EdTech company.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and partners
- Assist in building and maintaining a lead database
- Draft and send outreach messages/emails to potential clients
- Do visitation to potential lead working with Business Development Team
- Support cold calling and follow-up efforts with warm leads
- Work closely with the Business Development team to align strategies
- Participate in training sessions to improve outreach and communication skills
- Track responses and report weekly progress
What We're Looking For
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, or business development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is required)
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable speaking to people via email, chat, or phone
- Able to work independently and manage time well
- Prior experience in outreach or customer service is a plus, but not required
