About the Role

As a Client Outreach Associate, you'll support our Business Development team in identifying and reaching out to potential partners, schools, and organizations that could benefit from our products. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn about sales, outreach, and market expansion in a fast-growing EdTech company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and partners
  • Assist in building and maintaining a lead database
  • Draft and send outreach messages/emails to potential clients
  • Do visitation to potential lead working with Business Development Team
  • Support cold calling and follow-up efforts with warm leads
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to align strategies
  • Participate in training sessions to improve outreach and communication skills
  • Track responses and report weekly progress

What We're Looking For

  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is required)
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable speaking to people via email, chat, or phone
  • Able to work independently and manage time well
  • Prior experience in outreach or customer service is a plus, but not required
