Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Intern
to assist our recruitment and client service delivery teams in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about talent acquisition, client relationship management, and the overall dynamics of an executive search environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help prepare candidate profiles, summaries, and documentation for client submissions.
  • Assist the Client Service Delivery Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Conduct basic market research or candidate mapping as required.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and smooth process flow across recruitment stages.
  • Support recruiters in sourcing and screening candidates.
  • Assist in posting job advertisements across various platforms.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (recently completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and contribute to the team.
