What You'll Do
- Content Ideation & Planning: Develop and execute content strategies, create a content calendar, and stay updated on trends.
- Campaign & Partnership Ideation: Collaborate on marketing campaigns and influencer partnerships.
- Social Media Management: Handle social media posts, engage with the audience, and track performance.
- Influencer & Campus Ambassador Management: Coordinate and manage influencer and campus ambassador programs.
- Copy Writing & Proofreading: Write ad copies, proofread content for blogs, social media, and ads.
- Event Management: Assist in organizing and executing events, both online and offline, to support marketing campaigns.
- Ad Content Creation: Participate in content creation for ads and promotional videos.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track content performance and use data to improve strategies.
- Creative & Technical Skills: Basic design skills and a creative, data-driven approach.
- Content Optimization: Ensure content is optimized for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and engagement.
- Brand Voice Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and values.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, sales, and customer support teams to create content that resonates with different audience segments.
- Market Research: Conduct research, survey to understand market trends and customer preferences to inform content strategies.

What We Seek
- Strong writing skills (both written and verbal) in both Bengali and English
- Strong interest in social media management, stakeholder management & data analysis.
- Understanding of local context & current trends and proactiveness to act on those context & trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential customers.
- Results-oriented mindset, humble, honest, passionate, and proactive.
What You'll Need
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Bengali & English.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Additional Details
- Tenure: 3 Months
- Remuneration: 9,000 BDT/Month
- Workdays: Sunday to Thursday [Work from Office]
- Office Time: 9AM to 6PM
- Future Opportunity: Successful completion of the internship carries a high probability of being considered for a full-time opportunity.
