Manager (Business Development & Expansion)

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Identify and evaluate new business and expansion opportunities for the company
  • Lead brand expansion across retail chains, corporate clients, and new markets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify, develop, and convert sales opportunities
  • Plan and execute outlet expansion, retail onboarding, and distribution growth
  • Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitor analysis for expansion decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and stakeholders
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements
  • Coordinate with operations, supply chain, finance, and marketing teams for smooth execution
  • Monitor expansion performance, sales growth, and ROI; prepare regular management reports
  • Support new product launches and ensure effective market penetration

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Business Planning, Channel Expansion

Experience Requirements

  • At least 8 year(s)
