Key Points

Manager – Corporate Sales
will be responsible for driving corporate and B2B sales growth by developing strategic client relationships, expanding institutional partnerships, and achieving revenue targets

Job Description / Responsibility

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion
  2. Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and sales channels
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and corporate partners
  4. Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities
  5. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market demand
  6. Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and target achievement
  7. Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and growth insights to senior management
  8. Drive sales across core product categories, including:

  9. Celebration Cakes

  10. Bakery & Pastry Products
  11. Savory Items
  12. Snack Items

  13. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms to strengthen brand presence

Candidates must have prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry. Experienced F&B professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Hotel and Hospitality Management

Experience Requirements

  • At least 8 year(s)
