Senior Student / Visa Counsellor

Job Description / Responsibility

(Division of Ark Accounting), a fast-growing Australian-based student agency, is expanding its team in Dhaka. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Student Counsellor with a strong background in international student placements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide students through course options, admissions, and visa processes
  • Provide accurate information on universities, programs, and migration pathways
  • Maintain strong relationships with students and partner institutions
  • Handle enquiries both in person and over the phone
  • Ensure a smooth and professional counselling experience

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Skills Required: Visa Processing, Student Counseling, Student Consultancy, Student File Processing

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration/Visa Processing

Additional Requirements

  • MUST Have
    3 years of proven experience in student counselling
    for Australia, UK & USA
  • Additional experience with European or Chinese institutions will be given priority
  • MUST have
    3–4 years of proven experience in student counselling
    for
    Australia
    ,
    UK & USA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service attitude
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to communicate confidently in English
  • Additional experience with European or Chinese institutions will be given priority
