Ensure smooth day-to-day business operations, regulatory compliance, and efficient scaling of fintech services. Plan, execute, and deliver fintech projects (new product launches, integrations, regulatory upgrades) on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

·      Define and implement operational policies, SOPs, and controls.

·      Align operations with business goals and regulatory frameworks. Ensure KYC/AML, data privacy, and central bank compliance

·      Lead operations team (payments, settlements, support). Track KPIs (transaction volumes, cost per transaction, error rates).

·      Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones. Define scope, deliverables, and success criteria.

·      Use Agile/Scrum or hybrid PM frameworks for fintech delivery. Track progress via project trackers/dashboards.
