Business Development Representative

TheOpportunity:

We are exclusively looking for a confident, articulate, and results-driven female Business Development Representative to join our growing international sales team. This is a 100% remote role focused on outbound lead generation, client acquisition, and building long-term relationships with global clients through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.

This position combines high-volume call center-style customer handling with smart business development skills – perfect for someone who loves talking to people, solving problems quickly, and closing deals with a warm, professional approach.

KeyResponsibilities:

Conduct 80–120 outbound calls/emails daily to prospect and qualify leads (mostly US, UK, Canada, and Australia-based businesses)

Handle inbound inquiries and provide exceptional customer support with a friendly, smart, and solution-oriented attitude

Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients using CRM tools

Schedule appointments and product demos for the closing team

Nurture leads through follow-up calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging

Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and booked meetings

Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM

Consistently deliver a world-class customer experience on every call

Qualifications & Requirements
:

At least 2+ years of experience in call center/customer service OR outbound sales/business development (B2B experience is a big plus)

Excellent professional-level English (neutral accent, clear diction, confident & friendly tone) – this is non-negotiable

Proven ability to handle customer objections calmly and turn conversations into opportunities

Smart, customer-friendly attitude with strong listening and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.) is an advantage

Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace at home

Must be a female candidate (specific client-facing role requirement)
