Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a M
arketing Executive
based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The
Marketing Executive
will be responsible for developing market strategies, conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, and executing marketing campaigns. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, strategizing sales approaches, and working closely with internal teams to achieve sales and marketing goals while ensuring continuous performance improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (NSU/BRAC/AUST/UAP & Public University)
  • Proficiency in
    Market Planning
    and
    Market Research
    to identify opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong
    Communication
    skills to collaborate with clients, teams, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in
    Sales and Marketing
    , with an ability to create and execute campaigns that drive growth.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to analyze data for informed decision-making.
  • Relevant experience in the construction or chemical industries is an advantage.

Special Qualifications:

  • Mid-level to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in sales & marketing, especially in the engineering field.
  • Bike riding & a driver's license are a plus.
  • Mentally agreed to frequent visits all over the country.
  • Integrity and a can-do attitude.

Salary Range:
25000 Tk Tk (Based on experience)
