Role Description

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving brand growth through strategic planning, creative execution, and cross-functional collaboration. This role bridges the gap between market insights and consumer engagement, ensuring that the brand remains competitive, consistent, and resonant with its target audience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Execution (Routine)

  • Strategic Planning:
    Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies to achieve brand visibility and sales targets.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Conduct continuous market research and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging trends and consumer needs.
  • Creative Management:
    Act as the primary point of contact for creative agencies and vendors to produce high-quality brand assets and campaigns.
  • Digital Growth:
    Manage social media presence and digital marketing funnels to enhance brand engagement and online community building.
  • Product Alignment:
    Work closely with the Product Development team to ensure new launches stay true to the brand's core values and positioning.

2. Operational Excellence & Analysis (Non-Routine/Periodical)

  • Internal Synergy:
    Coordinate with Trade Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to ensure brand messaging is consistent from the warehouse to the retail shelf.
  • Performance Tracking:
    Analyze monthly brand health and campaign ROI using data-driven metrics to provide actionable insights for management.
  • Financial Oversight:
    Prepare, monitor, and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring cost-efficiency and high return on investment.
  • Ad-hoc Projects:
    Support management with special projects and organizational tasks as required.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
    and
    Master of Business Administration (MBA)
    with a major in
    Marketing
    from a reputed university.

Technical Skills & Competencies

  • Brand Mastery:
    Strong understanding of Brand Planning and Development.
  • Analytical Thinking:
    Ability to translate complex market data into simple, effective marketing strategies.
  • Communication:
    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for vendor management and internal presentations.
  • Digital Savvy:
    Proficiency in managing digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
