Position: Associate Consultant – Skill Development (Garment Accessories & Packaging Sector)

Location: Bangladesh

Employment Type: Contractual

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Consultant to support our ongoing skill development and capacity-building initiatives in the garment accessories and packaging sector in Bangladesh. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to industry growth through the enhancement of workforce skills and sustainable operational practices.

Key Responsibilities


• Conduct training and capacity-building sessions in accessories and packaging factories.


• Develop and implement training materials and skill development content.


• Support factory-level assessments, reporting and stakeholder communication.


• Work with internal teams and partner organizations to ensure effective project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience


• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.


• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in the garment accessories and packaging industry in Bangladesh.


• Strong understanding of factory operations, materials and production processes.


• Proven experience in training or conducting workshops for factory workers or supervisors.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to travel to factory locations when required.

• Experience in the packaging industry, capacity development or development projects.


• Knowledge of compliance standards, quality systems or lean manufacturing in accessories or packaging factories.
