Your Role and Responsibilities

· Prepare and submit student applications to universities and institutions in Australia/Canada.

· Manage, review, and oversee all documentation activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Coordinate with partner institutions and maintain up-to-date application records.

· Draft professional and timely email communication with universities and colleges abroad.

· Handle student portals and institutional logins, ensuring secure access and organized record-keeping.

· Maintain accurate data entries and ensure all updates are completed promptly.

What You Bring

· Proven experience in documentation, application processing, or data management (education sector preferred).

· Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational ability with great attention to detail.

· Ability to multitask and perform effectively under deadlines.

· Self-motivated, punctual, and reliable — a true team player.

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Administration, or Education background preferred).
