Role Description

  • Assist students in selecting suitable courses, universities, and study destinations based on their profiles.
  • Complete online application forms on university portals and upload all required documents.
  • Track application progress, respond to university queries, and update students regularly.
  • Prepare and submit applications to multiple universities when required.
  • Stay updated on visa policies and university requirements for
    Austria, Australia, Canada, Denmark, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Italy, Malaysia, Sweden, the UK, the USA and other European study destinations.
  • Check and verify all student documents—academic, financial, passport, language scores, and supporting papers.
  • Review visa files, admission forms, SOPs, and CVs to make sure they meet each country's standards.
  • Identify risks such as fake, incomplete, or misleading documents and report them immediately.
  • Maintain proper documentation, checklists, and internal compliance records.
  • Work closely with counsellors, admission officers, and management to ensure every case is accurate and compliant.
  • Communicate clearly with students, parents, and partners about document requirements and policy updates.
  • Protect student data and ensure confidentiality at all times. Prepare short compliance reports and suggest improvements to boost application and visa success rates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (English, Business, IR, or related field).
  • Strong knowledge of foreign university admissions and student visa processes (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe).
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills for SOPs, essays, and emails.
  • Proficient in online application portals, visa lodgment systems, and MS Office.
  • 1–3 years of experience in study-abroad counselling or visa processing preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, deadline-driven, and able to guide students professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
