Key Responsibilities

-Prepare and submit applications to universities and institutions in Australia/Canada.

-Review, manage, and organize documentation with accuracy and compliance.

-Coordinate with partner institutions and maintain updated application records.

-Draft professional email communication with universities abroad.

-Manage student portals and institutional logins with secure, organized access.

-Ensure accurate data entry and timely updates across all systems.

What You Bring

-Experience in documentation, application processing, or data management (education sector preferred).

-Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

-Excellent organization and attention to detail.

-Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.

-Self-motivated, punctual, reliable, and a collaborative team player.

-Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business/Administration/Education preferred).
