This position sits at the heart of our growing business, as a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products/services. You will be responsible for utilising digital channels to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Researching and gathering data, Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and search engines.

2. Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns to optimise results and ROI.

3. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

4. Utilise SEO strategies to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings.

5. Manage email marketing campaigns including segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.

6. Generate leads from reliable sources and use them to drive sales.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and implement best practices.

8. Increase domain authority using backlinks and other techniques. 

9. Collaborate with the content team, guide them to develop SEO optimized content and review content when necessary. 

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing/Business or related field. Academic qualification could be relaxed in case of exceptional skills and work experience.

2. Proven working experience (at least 2-3 years) in a digital marketing role.

3. Experience working with international clients or in a BPO firm will be an advantage.

Must Have Skills

1. Familiarity with  SEM, and email marketing platforms (Semrush, Mailchimps, Mailer lite, Google Keyword Planner etc).

2. Competent using various SEO and Keyword tools such as Rank Math, Yoast, Google trends, Google search console etc.

3. Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin) is a key part of our business. You must have strong knowledge and proven skills of social media marketing to  improve our social media presence  and engagement using a range of social media strategies and tools.

4. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics. Competent using various analytical tools such as Google Analytics.

5. Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.

Working Hours

1. Working Hours: 5 days a week (office based), 12.00 pm pm.
2. Occasional weekend work may require* (will count as overtime).
3. Salary: Negotiable, depending on skills and experience.
